These terms are between you and Miles & Matter, the company that makes Walk. They describe how you may use the Walk website and join the early-access list while the iPhone app is being prepared.
Using this website
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to submit information that does not belong to you.
Early access
Joining the early-access list does not guarantee access to Walk, a particular release date, or any specific feature. We may invite people in stages, change the product while it is developing, or decide not to release a feature. You can unsubscribe from early- access messages at any time.
The Walk app
Walk is intended as a calm companion for everyday walks. It is not medical advice, emergency assistance, or a fitness or safety service. Availability, compatibility, and HealthKit behavior may vary by device, operating-system version, and Apple services.
Content and ownership
The Walk name, mark, website, copy, design, and other materials belong to Miles & Matter or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.
Third-party services
The website relies on third-party services for hosting, analytics, spam prevention, and early-access contact management. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Details about information handling are in our Privacy policy.
Changes and availability
We may update these terms as Walk develops. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue the website or early-access program. The latest version will always be posted here.
